Acceptance
By accessing Lighthouse Reach, you agree to these Terms and any applicable written agreement with legal entity name to be confirmed. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
Permitted Organizational Use
Lighthouse Reach may be used for lawful organizational outreach, communications, coordination, programs, membership, engagement, and reporting. Access is limited to approved users and authorized purposes.
Accounts and Authorized Users
Portal accounts, when available, are invite-only. Organizations are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information, credential security, and promptly revoking access that is no longer needed.
Customer Data and Connected Platforms
Organizations retain responsibility for data they submit or connect. They must have the rights and permissions required to provide that data. Connected source platforms may send standardized metrics only after secure registration and configuration.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, upload unlawful or harmful material, abuse communications features, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.
Intellectual Property
Lighthouse Reach and its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customer data remains subject to the customer’s rights and the applicable agreement.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on hosting, security, communication, or connected-platform providers. Third-party services may have separate terms, and their availability may affect related features.
Service Availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider interruptions, or changes may temporarily affect access. No uptime commitment applies unless stated in a signed agreement.
Fees and Subscriptions
Future paid plans, fees, billing terms, renewals, and taxes will be disclosed in an order form or subscription agreement before charges apply.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, material breach, unlawful use, nonpayment under a future paid agreement, or as otherwise stated in an applicable agreement.

The service is provided subject to disclaimers and warranty terms to be completed by legal counsel. Lighthouse Reach does not guarantee particular outreach, engagement, or organizational outcomes.
